Concrete Tub

Concrete bucket is a container used to supply building mixture in high-rise construction. It is not only convenient to transport large volumes of mixtures by means of a crane, but also to store and deliver the solution along the gutters during reinforcement and shuttering works, the construction of monolithic walls and columns.

It consists of a bunker, where the solution is poured, a gate (gate valve), carrying out a uniform flow of the mixture, handles, clamps and transport loops, for which the crane performs mounting, before raising the container to the top. The material used is stainless steel, with a thickness of at least 2.5 mm. In this container it is easy to lift to the height of any mortar with a volume of from 500 to 2000 liters, except for quick-hardening mixtures.

 Concrete bucket for building mix

Tub for concrete is characterized by high mobility, reliability, simplicity and ease of operation.

There are two types:

  • rotary (inclined), characterized by the presence of a feed funnel and a lower loading height of the solution;
  • vertical (not turning), used to transport very large or very small volumes of building mixtures.

Each type is applied to specific types of work.

 Types of buckets for concrete

Swivel

It is also called inclined or "slipper".

Load the container in a horizontal position, and transportation is carried out in a vertical.

pros

  • Rotary bucket for concrete favorably differs in that it allows you to fix its inclined position. This feature allows you to increase the productivity of builders, because it gives you the opportunity to work with greater comfort.
  • The design of the rotary container allows you to apply the solution in a directional and evenly, to adjust the slope and turn.

Minus

The cost of the "shoe" depends on the parameters of capacity and capacity, but in any case it is more expensive than similar vertical non-rotary bunkers.

Pivotal

Because of its conical shape, the non-rotary bucket for concrete is called the "glass".

When compared with the previous design, the vertical bin cannot be tilted. The builder has to adapt, so the price per bunker is lower compared to the turning buckets.

The solution is poured into the container from above (vertically), and the discharge is carried out from the bottom through a special opening, equipped with a rotating tray for an even supply of concrete.

Fixed Tub for Concrete Shot Glass

Depending on the need for volumes, a bunker of appropriate capacity and carrying capacity is selected.

Some models of "glasses" are equipped with special cradles for operators.

Tubs for concrete are necessary in construction, since they make it possible to deliver large volumes of building mixtures to heights and hard-to-reach areas with the help of lifting equipment.
