To replace the hinge, first of all you need to deal with the toolkit, in most cases, it will be represented by tools such as:

• thin pliers;
• punch;
• hammer;
• screwdriver.

Next you need to dismantle the door. For the successful accomplishment of this manipulation, you should adhere to the following sequence:

• first remove the decorative parts from the design;
• then partially knock out the axis, pull it out with the help of pliers;
• after that you should tilt the door towards yourself and remove it from the bottom hinge;
• as soon as you have done all this, you can proceed to the removal of the damaged part, and the fastener of the new one.

Consider the process of installing new hinges on the metal-plastic door, taking into account all the subtleties and nuances. Be prepared that when performing this procedure, you will also need to follow certain instructions and follow the indicated norms.

Carefully blow the hammer to the axis of the top loop. If its upper part appeared, it means that you did everything correctly. As soon as this stage is completed, it is necessary to extend the visible part of the axis downward, grasping it with pliers.

When the door leaf is tilted toward itself, it will need to be raised approximately 6 cm, which will cause the structure to jump out of the cylinder. Consider that balcony doors usually have a decent weight, so it is recommended to carry out this manipulation with an assistant.

When you have removed the broken loop, it's time to move on to installing a new one. It should be remembered that the new part should be as similar to the old one as possible. This will help to avoid the extra work associated with drilling holes for mounting.

After mounting the loop, it is imperative to adjust it. Adjust the loop need to get rid of the possible appearance of cracks.

For loops to last longer, they need to be lubricated. You can use WD-40 or other similar grease lubricants for this. Very well suited machine or refined oil, hot wax. This procedure should be carried out periodically, which will increase the reliability of the part. Lubrication loops involves the following steps:

• open the door as much as possible;
• put a small timber or several folded newspapers at the bottom so that the construction rises;
• remove the pin from the loop or move it away;
• type the tool in a small syringe and drop it into the hole where the pin was;
• put the pin in place, remove the bar from the bottom;
• close and open the door several times so that the lubricant soaks the entire loop.
